Married Applicants

Married applicants may submit a single application. Applicant (spouse 1) and Co-Applicant (spouse 2) information must be completed in its entirety.

Pets

Residents with pets must abide by the Mayo 420 Building's Pet Policy. Click here to view the policy.

Online Application

In order to complete the online application, you'll need the following information:

  • Social Security (or other accepted ID) Numbers for the applicant and co-applicant. In the case of married applicants, you'll need accepted ID numbers for each spouse.
  • Residency information for the last five years, including addresses, occupancy dates, rent rates, names of landlords and contact information for all landlords.
  • Social Security Numbers for every person who will reside in the apartment.
  • Contact information for two (2) personal references and one (1) emergency contact.
  • Current employment information (or other income source).
  • Additional information as specified on application is required.
